I am thrilled. I went grocery shopping on Sunday night and bought a whole turkey – all natural! – for $9. Our family gets about 4 meals from a turkey. Sometimes 5 meals. So, here is my menu for this week…
Monday - turkey and split pea soup; homemade rolls
Tuesday - turkey enchiladas (with homemade tortillas)
Wednesday - turkey chili with homemade flatbread
Thursday - lasagna with ground beef and salad
Friday - leftovers
Saturday - Pot roast with vegetable soup (use the turkey broth in soup)
Sunday - baked lemony salmon with quinoa and veggies
Not totally NT…. not even close, really….. but oh so good! And homemade is better than store-bought ANY day!
So often I want a quick, easy dinner roll recipe to make some to rund out a meal. So I looked it up last night and made these.

My entire family loved them and Aaron raved about them. They were SO easy. They do contain yeast, but I have found 2 organic brand yeasts that Malakye can tolerate well – so bring it on!

They are dleicious with some butter. I suggest making them quite small. It calls for them to be made in muffin pans. i didn’t do that. I just used a greased baking pan. But they should still be fairly small. A little bigger than bite size is about perfect! I made mine with coconut oil. Yummy!
Next, I will try them with some sprouted wheat berries. I bet a half flour/half sprouted combo would be great, too.
